As of December 31, 2018, Sanofi employees hold 1.7 % of Sanofi share capital and 2.6 % of the voting rights, through the Group Savings Plan.
Services for employee shareholders
Concerned with preserving the environment, Sanofi encourages its employee shareholders to access their account online to track the progress of their investment, update their personal information and complete transactions.
Sanofi also favors online statements and electronic summons to the Annual General Meeting.
The banks that manage the company's shares remain the privileged interlocutors of employee shareholders to answer questions about their savings and to process their requests.
