Disability Inclusion in Action

What people expect from the places and spaces where they work has changed fundamentally since 2020. We’ve embraced that change, bringing people together to look at the employee experience with fresh eyes. The result: our WorkX 2.0 Signature Workplace Experience, a new, global standard that’s designed for inclusion and inspired by world leaders in hospitality and accessibility.

Pioneering Inclusive Digital Experiences

Our digital commitment extends beyond mere compliance— we consult and plan with experts to develop and implement robust Digital Accessibility standards. Through Digital Accessibility Audits, Assistive Software Catalogue development, and the implementation of WCAG & PDF/UA in key global platform launches, we're actively aligning our digital presence with inclusivity. We're always improving our design system, with accessibility front and center. That's why we've partnered with a top digital accessibility supplier to develop and implement a best-in-class global digital accessibility standard by 2025.
