Sales & Customer Engagement Head, Diabetes

Debajit Roy joined Sanofi India in June 2026 as Head of Sales & Customer Engagement for the Diabetes business. He is responsible for driving the commercial strategy and sustainable growth of Sanofi’s Diabetes business in India.

Debajit holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and brings over two decades of experience across leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations, including Glenmark, Ranbaxy (now Sun Pharma), Becton Dickinson and Eli Lilly. He brings extensive experience across Sales, Marketing and Business Leadership, spanning Diabetes, Specialty Care, Dermatology and Cardiovascular therapies, with a strong track record of building businesses and high-performing teams.

In his current role, Debajit leads business strategy, portfolio performance, customer engagement, P&L and initiatives to expand patient access across Sanofi’s Diabetes portfolio in India.
