Developing communities through employee engagement

Collectively making a difference through CSR & employee outreach

Our commitment to support the social and economic development of the communities where we operate is built through partnerships with local stakeholders and the contribution of employees on behalf of underserved populations and pursuing initiatives to inspire the next generation.

Digital Academy: Our new CSR initiative for bridging the nation’s skill gap and producing an industry-ready workforce

In a joint CSR initiative, EduBridge, Sanofi and Capgemini launched the Digital Academy 2025 in Hyderabad.

EduBridge is India’s leading workforce development organization, committed to bridging the gap between education, employability & employment. It has trained over 300,000 learners across 100+ locations through tech-enabled programs aligned to industry needs.

The Digital Academy, run by EduBridge, will skill 7,000+ youth from socially and economically marginalized communities, with 50% women participation. It will equip them with industry-relevant skills across Advanced IT, ITeS and Fintech sectors. Upon completion of the course, candidates will also receive certification from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

Joy of Giving & Volunteering Week

Sanofi employees volunteer their time, energy, talents and skills in programs that benefit communities in need.

Daan Utsav: Every October, ‘Daan Utsav’ - India’s annual festival of giving, brings together people from all walks of life to celebrate and spread the joy of giving. Employees at Head Office encouraged women to create a sustainable livelihood by buying their merchandise at the NGO mela.

WeVolunteer: Our volunteers have been actively engaged in various impactful initiatives across India: supporting Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) to provide healthcare in remote areas, conducting KiDS program sessions to educate young minds on diabetes prevention and care, organizing water body cleanup drives to protect our environment, creating impact through building a tactile library for visually impaired students, and hosting virtual story telling sessions to connect with children nationwide.
