Dr. Arvind was appointed as the SEA & India MCO (Multi Country Organization) Established Products Medical Lead, & India Country Medical Lead in July 2024.

A qualified medical doctor, he brings over 17 years of diverse experience spanning Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and New Product Launches.

Dr. Arvind combines deep scientific expertise with strategic acumen. He has consistently led cross-functional teams to deliver high impact medical initiatives that advance patient care and scientific excellence.

Previously, Dr. Arvind has held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk, and AstraZeneca, working at global, regional, and country levels.

His extensive experience across geographies and therapeutic areas has been instrumental in shaping innovative and patient-centric medical strategies.
