Hitesh joined Sanofi in April 2026 as Head of Ethics and Business Integrity for India.

He brings over 18 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, having worked with global organizations including United Health Group, Eli Lilly & Company, Dr. Reddy's, Zimmer Biomet, and Haleon (formerly GSK Consumer).

He has extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and leading Compliance Frameworks across India and global markets, with a strategic focus on fostering an ethical culture and driving a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Hitesh is committed to strengthening Sanofi's commitment to ethical excellence and building stakeholder trust across the organization.

He is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and holds a LLB degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
