Site Head, Manufacturing & Supply - Goa, Sanofi India Limited

Mahadev Gawade was appointed as Goa Site Head in August 2025.

He brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and supply, with a proven track record in operational excellence, leading large-scale organizations and managing global regulatory inspections (US FDA, EU GMP).

In his previous role as Production and Opex Head at Sandoz India, he led several high-impact initiatives such as the automation of operations, capacity optimization and strategic site planning.

Mahadev holds an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
