Richa joined Sanofi in August 2025 as People Excellence Lead for India.

She brings over 16 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked with global organizations like Procter & Gamble and Ernst & Young.

Richa has extensive expertise in organization transformation, change management and culture building. She is passionate about driving impact and creating superior employee experiences.

Richa holds an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Nottingham, England and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
