Vinifer was appointed India Communications and CSR Lead in November 2024.

With Sanofi since 2019, Vinifer is a seasoned reputation and corporate communications leader with 26+ years of shaping trust and stakeholder confidence for multinational and Indian organizations across pharma/healthcare, technology, travel, consumer, hospitality and digital sectors.

She has a blend of global in-house and consulting experience in advising C-suite executives, leading large-scale corporate campaigns, internal communications, executive communications, employer branding, CSR storytelling, crisis management and integrated brand campaigns. Vinifer is recognized with multiple industry awards for purpose-led storytelling that translate business strategy into narratives and strengthen reputation, culture and growth at one of the world’s largest healthcare companies.

Previously at Edelman India (one of the Country’s leading Communications-marketing firm), Vinifer was heading all the Consumer Businesses for the Tata Conglomerate as an Associate Director.

Vinifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in English Literature.
