Rodolfo Hrosz

Non-Executive Director – Sanofi India Limited

Rodolfo Hrosz is the Non-Executive Director of Sanofi India Limited.

He brings with him a rich and diverse global experience ranging from commercial, marketing, and general management roles across several multinational companies, particularly in key emerging market.

In his earlier role in Sanofi, Rodolfo was the Managing Director of Sanofi India Limited from June 2022 until April 2025. As the Managing Director, Rodolfo defined an ‘India for India’ strategy which led Sanofi to accelerated growth in key therapies, new business models and rapid transformation of its operations. Rodolfo drove a culture change to accelerate product innovation, digitalization, supply localization, and strategic partnerships, along with an overhaul of its go-to-market strategy.

Prior to taking on his role in India in June 2022, Rodolfo was General Manager of Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare business in Brazil since 2017, when he first joined Sanofi. Before joining Sanofi, he has worked with Pfizer, LVMH, Heineken and Procter & Gamble in USA and in Brazil.

An MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Rodolfo is also qualified as a naval engineer and in finance & accounting.
