Highlights
Sanofi achieved another strong quarter with both robust commercial and financial performance. We have also made progress towards defining our roadmap for the future. We have confirmed our commitment to three focus areas: Immunology, Rare diseases, and Vaccines, and are focused on rebuilding the pipeline through business development, mergers and acquisitions and improving R&D productivity.
