Thomas Grenier leads our General Medicines global business unit spanning diabetes, cardiovascular, transplant and established products – serving millions of people every day.
Thomas joined Sanofi in 2013 and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Global Supply Chain, Field Sales & Account Management, In-Country Marketing, Global Franchise and Product Strategy. He has also spent several years in the United States, most recently as Head of North America, Vaccines. Thomas previously worked with McKinsey & Company.
He holds an MSc in Management (Finance) from HEC Paris and an MBA from Harvard University.
A father of two, he is an experienced and well-travelled high-altitude mountaineer, rock climber and trail runner, drawing valuable leadership lessons from his outdoor pursuits including the importance of teamwork, accountability, preparation and thoughtful risk-taking.
