Véronique Jaillet serves as Sanofi's Interim Chief People Officer, leading the company's global People and Culture strategy to attract, develop, and retain the talent that drives our mission to chase the miracles of science. Véronique joined Sanofi in July 2000 and has built deep People & Culture expertise over 26 years across the full value chain and geographies (Europe, North America, Asia).
She has held various senior leadership positions across the company, most recently as Global Head of People & Culture for Manufacturing and Supply (M&S), where she drove the People and Culture strategy supporting the M&S modernization. Her previous roles include Head of People & Culture France Vaccines, Head of Global People & Culture Specialty Care Industrial Affairs, and Global Head of People & Culture for the Vaccines Global Business Unit (GBU). Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built high-performing teams, and fostered an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
Véronique holds a master's degree in political sciences from the Institute of Political Sciences of Lyon (IEP).
