Advocating for women in sport

Sarah is one of France's few women to coach high-level football in the country. After her impressive career as an international football player, she's now training the RFC Lens women’s team, motivating and mentoring her players to reach their potential and become world-class athletes.

Sarah is a fierce advocate for women’s rights and doesn’t hesitate to act when necessary; supporting her team’s right to better and more equitable training conditions with their male counterparts.

As a leader, she leverages the powerful voices of her players as a force for good. After her recent remission from breast cancer, she's worked with her team to raise awareness about the disease and the importance of screening and raise funds for research.

Sarah’s personal experiences as a professional football player, as well as the challenges she has faced with her health, have undoubtedly shaped the inspirational and successful coach she is today and makes her a natural fit for Team Sanofi! Her perseverance, determination and resilience inspire us to take action and surpass our limits.
