The Tour de France is measured in every climb, every turn, every kilometer and the drive to keep moving forward. In 2027, we will take to the roads as a major partner of the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift and the sponsor of the white jersey for both men and women. For us, the race for health is on.
On the Tour, determination is never enough on its own. Behind every performance is a team consisting of riders, sports directors, engineers, and analysts with different areas of expertise but united around a common goal. Everyone plays their part and puts their talent at the service of the team.
This same determination and team spirit are also how we can pursue our mission to improve people’s lives. Scientists, researchers and teams with complementary expertise work together with the goal of advancing innovative science for patients. We move forward together, with ambitious goals and the conviction that our collective intelligence enables us to go further. Every advance is built on years of research, everyone’s contribution and a shared belief in progress.
Why Are We Joining the Tour de France?
We operate according to the same fundamental principles as the Tour de France teams: diverse specialists united by a common goal, guided by data and intelligence to overcome challenges and achieve something extraordinary.
By becoming a major partner of the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, we want to bring our commitment to health closer to people.
From the opening stages to the finish lines, both Tours travel through cities, towns and regions, bringing generations together and uniting millions of people around a shared passion. With 10-12 million spectators along the routes, plus television broadcast in 190 countries, this proximity offers a unique opportunity to connect with the public and put health at the heart of the race.
Wherever the Tour goes, we’ll be there. Our ambition is to harness this collective energy to raise awareness of critical healthcare and public health challenges among as many people as possible.
2027
The year Sanofi becomes a major partner of the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.

Why the White Jersey?
The white jersey celebrates young riders, awarded to the best rider under the age of 25 in the general classification. For us, it also represents the future.
From 2027, Sanofi becomes the first company to sponsor the white jersey for both the men’s and women’s races, supporting a new generation of cyclists.
These young riders move forward with determination, push themselves and rely on an entire team to reach their goal and inspire future generations. Their journey is similar to our work where progress is built over time as we reach for future potential and next-generation innovation. Every scientific advance can pave the way for the next and push beyond what once seemed impossible.
We see the white jersey as a powerful symbol of our belief in science, innovation and a healthier future for all.

Tour de France: A Unique Platform for Disease and Health Awareness
Cycling is one of the most widely practiced physical activities in the world, whether as a means of transport or as hobby. It is estimated there are between 1 and 2 billion bicycles on the planet, twice as many as cars. Sport is a symbol of health, well-being and disease prevention, aspects closely related to the essence of Sanofi. The Tour de France partnership provides a comprehensive platform to engage audiences before, during and beyond the race, allowing us to bring our mission to life on one of the world's most recognized sporting stages.
Much more than sporting competitions, both Tours bring generations together and enable us to engage with people far beyond the peloton through meaningful experiences and health-focused initiatives.
