Employee Well-being

We design our benefits and well-being programs to be competitive and meet the highest standard for employee protection. Ensuring our employees feel safe and cared for is paramount.

Our “All Well” foundation supports a purposeful experience by addressing the whole person through four pillars: healthy bodies, healthy minds, healthy financials, and a healthy working culture

  • Healthy Bodies empowers everyone at Sanofi to pursue a healthy lifestyle by providing quality healthcare and promoting disease prevention and healthy choices. It includes quality healthcare for all, prevention programs and business travel insurance.

  • Healthy Minds promotes the emotional and mental well-being of all Sanofi employees, offering resources to support individuals and nurture an environment of care and openness. It includes Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Mental Health Promotion & Support, as well as psycho-social risks assessments.

  • Healthy Financials helps employees feel comfortable and confident managing their personal finances at all stages of life, from navigating difficult times to planning for the future. It includes High Quality & Competitive Pension Arrangements and Employee Support and Protection through for example EAP, life insurance, Support for Cancer & Work, and “Enfants de Sanofi” support for employees’ children facing medical, social, or educational difficulties.

  • Healthy Working Culture is about being respectful, supportive, and inclusive at all levels, enabling us to deliver better outcomes for our customers, patients, and business. It includes the Speak-up Helpline, a confidential service for reporting breaches of Sanofi’s Code of Conduct, working flexibly, and family-related leave, for which all employees are entitled to.

Global Gender-Neutral Parental Leave

In 2022, we launched gender-neutral parental leave, offering 14 weeks of paid leave to any colleague welcoming a child, regardless of country, gender, or sexual orientation. This includes childbirth, adoption, and surrogacy, supporting all recognized parents in bonding with their children. Permanent employees are eligible.
