Meet The Board Members 

Chaired by our CEO Paul Hudson, the Global Inclusion Board brings together three world-renowned external advisors, select Sanofi Executive Committee members, and our Chief Culture, Inclusion and Experience Officer. Employees have a direct seat at the table, represented by a Global Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) lead and our early talent programme - ensuring the perspectives of those driving change on the ground shape our strategy at the highest level.
