Our Global Inclusion Board

Our Global Inclusion Board is pharma's boldest governance experiment, bringing together three of the world's most influential independent voices on inclusion with our CEO, Executive Committee members, and employee leaders from across Sanofi. This isn't a symbolic advisory panel. It's a decision-making body to challenge us, hold us accountable, and accelerate our impact. By inviting external experts to sit at the table where strategy is shaped, we're ensuring our inclusion commitments are actionable, measurable, and driven by those who know what real impact looks like. 

Meet The Board Members 

Chaired by our CEO, the Global Inclusion Board brings together three world-renowned external advisors, select Sanofi Executive Committee members, and our Chief Culture, Inclusion and Experience Officer. Employees have a direct seat at the table, represented by a Global Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) lead and our early talent programme - ensuring the perspectives of those driving change on the ground shape our strategy at the highest level.
