Transforming Spaces, Empowering Lives

Sanofi committed to ensure that 100% of people with disabilities have workplace accessibility by 2025. To pursue this target, we assessed 100 of our office sites worldwide and made substantial progress. Initiatives like our Workplace Accessibility Standard are transforming spaces, empowering individuals, and fostering truly inclusive and accessible environments.

Pioneering Inclusive Digital Experiences

Our digital commitment extends beyond mere compliance— we've strategically planned and consulted with experts to develop robust Digital Accessibility strategic plans. Through Digital Accessibility Audits, Assistive Software Catalogue development, and the implementation of WCAG & PDF/UA in key global platform launches, we're actively aligning our digital presence with inclusivity. As we look ahead, our 2024 roadmap underscores our enduring commitment to advancing digital accessibility.

In line with this vision, we are dedicated to enhancing the overall Sanofi design system's accessibility. This involves the addition of new features and elements that adhere to the latest industry and Sanofi accessibility standards. Collaborating with a specialized digital accessibility vendor, we are poised to launch a global digital accessibility standard, further solidifying our commitment to making our digital platforms inclusive and accessible to all.
