Allergy is a chronic condition involving an abnormal reaction to an ordinarily harmless substance called allergen.
400 million people are suffering from allergic rhinitis worldwide1 and 300 million from asthma2.
There are various triggers of allergies, which could be outdoor (i.e., pollen in temperate markets, temperature change in others) and indoor (i.e., dust, mold, pets). Consumers experience a range of different symptoms, that can be combined or not. The most common symptoms are:
- Runny nose
- Itchy nose
- Itchy and /or watery eyes
