We're here for all of you.

We’re a healthcare company dedicated to improving people’s lives. This foundational purpose starts at home, with the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families.

Healthy bodies

We go out of our way to ensure our employees and their families worldwide can access high-quality healthcare to get the care and prevention support they need.

Our prevention programs are about eating well, moving often, and staying healthy in a way that works best for you. And when travel is a big part of your job, our travel medical assistance gives you peace of mind, anywhere you go.

Healthy minds

Healthy minds make extraordinary discoveries, so we need you to be rested. Whether you’re unplugging to recover and replenish, welcoming a new family member, or caring for a loved one, you have time away when it matters most.

We provide best-in-class wellbeing learning resources, and when you need professional help our global Employee Assistance Program provides you and your dependents free, confidential counseling.

Healthy working culture

Our culture is uniquely inclusive. Whatever your role, we strive to give you the recognition, feedback, and flexibility you need to deliver a top-notch performance and live your best life.

Every new parent at Sanofi is entitled to at least 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and encouraged to take this time to bond with their new family. And when you face critical illness, our Cancer & Work program provides social, emotional and financial support and secures the job, salary and benefits for up to 12 months.

We know that frequent, meaningful recognition has a big impact. So, when you go above and beyond, we make it simple for your colleagues to recognize you along the way.

Healthy financials

Every stage of your career, we’re on hand. From planning your family’s future to retirement goals, there’s support. Our incentives and shareholder opportunities help you invest in yourself. And we help you prepare for the unexpected, with a global life insurance standard of at least two years' salary.

Sanofi and its employees founded Enfants de Sanofi, a not-for-profit organization under the French law, in 1993 to provide financial support for employees’ children who experience substantial medical, social, or educational challenges.
